The Company training program is designed for enrolled dancers who study multiple styles to participate in a carefully guided selection of weekly classes, participate in extra performances, and represent CSDS at local events throughout the full dance season. Students in the Company Program see increased progression of the dance skills while bonding with their peers. In addition to their weekly classes, requirements for the Company program include:

• Enrollment in 4 core classes: Ballet, Tap, Elite Technique and a 4th class of dancer's choice.

• Commitment to Saturday Company Rehearsals (bi-weekly and monthly scheduling)

• Becoming a part of the CSDS Teacher Assistant program.

• A strong work ethic and the ability to retain choreography from week to week.

• Technical proficiency in relevant skill sets.

• An attendance record that has no more than 3 absences per semester.

• Availability for 2 regional competition events per season.

• Participation in the annual Repertory Program & attend choreography rehearsals.

• Perform in Move 4 the Movement, January 2025 (Collins Center, Andover)

• Perform at Starquest, Regional competition, January 2025 (Collins Center, Andover, MA)
